How Does Business On-Demand Work?
- One of our consultants will assess your current Business IT environment with you. This information will be fed into our ROI Tool and help us identify any service gaps or additional requirements that may exist. The ROI review will identify your current IT related costs and services, and compare them against IntraPower’s Business On-Demand services. Once your requirements are finalised, a proposal will be presented for your sign off.
- If you contract to proceed with the proposal, we will build your IT systems in parallel on our enterprise grade infrastructure, duplicating your software and data within our data centre. This ensures that the new system is able to be fully tested prior to transition, while allowing your business to run as normal.
- A secure managed private network is then provisioned between our secure data centres and each of your Head and Branch Office sites. Employees residing in Head or Branch office sites can access all their software and data via IntraPower's High Availability Network using a basic PC, Laptop, or Thin Client Terminal. Similarly, remote, mobile and home users can access all their software and data securely via their standard PCs or Laptops via the Internet.
- On the scheduled “Go Live” day, your email and services will be redirected to our data centres, and the business will gain full activation of the associated support and services. This includes 24/7 helpdesk support as well as a single point of contact for all your IT requirements.
